She is an accomplished epidemiologist and infection prevention professional with 20+ years of experience spanning acute care, long-term care, ambulatory care, dental clinics, specialty clinics, surgical centers, state and local health department settings, and biomedical industry.  Dr. Kalp specializes in healthcare facility outbreak investigations, infection control assessments (ICARS), infection prevention and control evidence-best practices, compliance monitoring, epidemiological trending, and infection prevention control education for healthcare workers and graduate students.
